As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will be responsible for creating scalable applications that integrate seamlessly across various systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Experience with integration tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
