Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies to effectively manage software development cycles.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Ability to adapt project plans based on evolving requirements and stakeholder feedback.
• Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies within agile environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to support collaboration and conflict resolution.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
