Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks is required. Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms, distributed computing, big data processing frameworks, and scripting and automation is essential. This position is based at our Bengaluru office and requires a minimum of 15 years full time education.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and recommending enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
• Ability to design scalable and efficient data pipelines.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline workflows.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance within cloud environments.
