Agile Project Management

Minimum 3 years of experience is required. 15 years full time education is required.

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working closely with teams to ensure that the software meets specific business requirements while maintaining scalability and performance. The work environment encourages collaboration and continuous improvement, focusing on delivering high-quality results through iterative development and adaptive planning.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Continuously evaluate and improve software components to enhance functionality and user experience. Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Proficiency in Agile Project Management. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in software development projects. Experience in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables within an agile framework. Ability to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies effectively. Skilled in using project management tools to track progress and report on key performance indicators. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
