Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in Oracle BRM Functional Configuration is required. Minimum 5 years of experience is required and a 15 years full time education is needed.

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the software meets specific business requirements. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously improving the performance and scalability of applications. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that the solutions delivered align with organizational goals and user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle BRM Functional Configuration.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and troubleshooting within multi-system environments.
