As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing software solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, contributing to the overall quality and functionality of the software products being developed. Your role will be pivotal in translating business needs into technical specifications, ensuring that the final product aligns with organizational goals and user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design processes.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Program Control Services.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Experience with application design and architecture principles.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Ability to work with databases and data management systems.
