Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills: SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of software solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within the SAP environment.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts and ability to work with SAP HANA database technologies.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in SAP ABAP environments.
• Experience in collaborating with functional teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and delivery of business needs.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. This position is based at our Chennai office. A 15 years full time education is required.
