Custom Software Engineer

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the documentation of application specifications and user guides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with development and troubleshooting of Maximo integrations and applications in MAS8 and/ or MAS9.
• Working knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of Maximo Reporting module.
• Having 3-5 years of experience in MAS8/ MAS9.
• Should have good inter-personal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Skills on development and troubleshooting of MAS integrations with external applications.
• Must be able to lead a small team.
• Understanding and work experience of SLAs.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Maximo.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
