As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional software solutions. Your role includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the applications align with organizational goals and operate efficiently within the intended environment. Throughout the day, you will focus on creating reliable and scalable software components that support business operations and enhance user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain application performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
• Continuously update technical knowledge to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
• Experience in developing web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET framework.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Familiarity with database management and integration with Microsoft ASP.NET applications.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
• This position is based at our Nagpur office.
