Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition is required. A 15 years full time education is required.

The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with application servers and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with database integration and query optimization.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
