Custom Software Engineer

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required. 15 years full time education is required.

This role requires continuous engagement with various stakeholders to understand evolving needs and translate them into functional software solutions. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting applications to align with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Experience in documenting and managing business requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools and techniques for requirements gathering, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Capability to assess the impact of changes in requirements on project scope and timelines.
