A typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously refining and improving software to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and adaptability are key, as the engineer balances multiple priorities while contributing to the overall success of projects through innovative problem-solving and effective communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment using Amazon Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and agile practices.
• Ability to design scalable and high-performing software components.
• Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to cloud-based solutions.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance within cloud environments.

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) is required. This position is based at our Coimbatore office. A 15 years full time education is required.
