Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Must have skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. Good to have skills: Experience with Workday Student Security. Strong understanding of Workday application architecture and configuration. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Workday modules. Experience in integrating Workday Core HCM with other enterprise systems. Familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics tools to support data-driven decisions.

Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required. 15 years full time education is required.

This role requires acting as the main liaison for project-related communications, coordinating efforts across various teams, and ensuring that the application solutions align with business objectives. • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
