Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Skills required: SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Minimum 3 years of experience is required. Educational qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application solutions align with project goals and client requirements. The engineer is expected to navigate complex challenges and provide clear guidance throughout the software development lifecycle, fostering collaboration and driving project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing technical guidance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to enhance performance and usability.
• Document development processes and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with data modeling.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
• Ability to optimize code for performance and scalability within SAP environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
• Capability to work with integration technologies and tools related to SAP systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
