Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills: GitLab CI/CD. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational goals and operational workflows. Your role includes analyzing existing processes, proposing improvements, and ensuring that the applications developed effectively support business objectives. Throughout the day, you will coordinate with team members to refine application designs and contribute to the overall project planning and execution, ensuring seamless integration with business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of design specifications.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within build and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with scripting languages to automate workflows and tasks.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in GitLab CI/CD.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
