Minimum 3 years of experience is required. 15 years full time education.

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working closely with project teams to build scalable and efficient software using contemporary development frameworks. Daily activities include coding, testing, and refining software modules to meet unique business requirements while collaborating in an agile environment to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and related business processes within SAP HCM.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet organizational needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll calculations and integrations.
• Familiarity with SAP development tools and environments to implement enhancements and fixes.
• Understanding of data security and compliance requirements in payroll processing.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
