Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) is required. A 15 years full time education is required.

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. Your role is pivotal in transforming business challenges into functional software solutions that support operational success and drive innovation within the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance and reliability.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
• Experience in customizing software solutions to align with business processes.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with integration of applications within enterprise environments.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
