Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to team members while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and software development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and integration techniques.
• Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools.
• Active Directory- Quest Management tools- Windows Server administration and M365 tenant governance

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions. This position is based at our Chennai office. A 15 years full time education is required.
