Custom Software Engineer

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and performance. Additionally, you will oversee the development process, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices and project timelines while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and integration within SAP environments.
• Experience with application design and development methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with project management tools and practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
