As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires engaging in coding activities, refining existing applications, and collaborating within an agile environment to ensure the delivery of efficient and scalable software. The position focuses on creating high-quality solutions that meet unique business requirements while continuously improving system performance and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and modern development frameworks.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
