Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable enterprise-level applications using Java Enterprise Edition.
• In-depth understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Experience with integration of various services and APIs within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for Java-based applications.
