• Responsible for team decisions.

• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth within the project.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align technical efforts with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Tivoli Netcool.
• Strong knowledge of network management and monitoring tools related to IBM Tivoli Netcool.
• Experience in application design, configuration, and integration within complex IT environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in distributed systems and multi-team projects.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess system performance and implement improvements.
