Minimum 5 years of experience is required. A 15 years full time education is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
• Strong understanding of integration design principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Workday applications to meet business needs.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques relevant to integration workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
