Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations is required. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the highest quality of deliverables, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in application functionality and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations is required.
- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
