As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions you develop are scalable and perform efficiently. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative approaches and continuous enhancement of software elements, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software components.
• Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex applications.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks related to Salesforce development.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently within custom software solutions.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
