Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

• Strong hands on experience with Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of Core Java concepts
• Development of RESTful APIs using Spring MVC / Spring Web
• Experience with Spring Data JPA / Hibernate
• Understanding of application configuration, auto configuration, and profiles
• Hands on experience with Relational Databases (Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Strong SQL and data access skills
• Build tools: Maven / Gradle
• Version control using Git
• Unit testing using JUnit / Mockito
• Familiarity with basic CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
• Strong debugging and problem solving skills

Good to Have (Common Across Many, Not All Demands)

These skills improve deployability and are frequently requested but not mandatory everywhere.

• Microservices architecture using Spring Boot
• Spring Security (basic authentication & authorization)
• Spring Actuator for monitoring and health checks
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Containerization using Docker
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions
• Messaging platforms (Kafka / JMS – exposure)
• Integration with external systems and APIs
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
