Custom Software Engineer

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

As an application lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs and quality standards. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud architecture and deployment strategies.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
