Custom Software Engineer

Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills: SAP FI CO Finance. Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required. 15 years full time education required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyse and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies.
• Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements.
• Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.
• Strong knowledge in SAP FI-MM integration.
• Strong Automatic payment program knowledge.
• Strong knowledge in interfaces (AL11, Idocs, XML).
• Strong knowledge in MM would be preferred.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Willingness to learn, Positive attitude, Conflict resolution.
• Work in shift rotation 24/7 and handle on-call support - leading the team, managing incidents and change requests, ensuring timely issue resolution, and providing guidance to team members.
• Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.
• Experience with application design and configuration.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
