Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing. - Strong understanding of utility billing processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to meet specific business requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP for Utilities Billing. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design and deployment.
