Minimum 3 years of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing software solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging processes to enhance application functionality and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in your work.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Document application processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software defects effectively.
