Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Must have skills: PeopleSoft PeopleTools

Minimum three years of experience is required. 15 years full time education.

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure that the solutions you deliver are scalable and high-performing, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Be an expert Peoplesoft technical developer
• Performs analysis, conceptual design, development (coding) and implementation of modifications
• Translates business requirement to technical document and diagram
• Resolve tickets and design, build extensions, interfaces and reports for AP, GL, PC and AM.
• Design and build batch programs in FSCM and fix/update existing program

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools Finance
• Good knowledge in AppEngine, SQR, Component Interfaces, AppDesigner, Peoplecode, XML Publisher and Application Packages.
• Good exposure to business process in Peoplesoft AP, GL, AM, PC
• Good knowledge on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.54 or above
• Proficient in Oracle SQL/PL SQL
• Good prior experience of working on conversion/Implementation, Production Support project
