Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, while also participating in testing and validation processes to guarantee that the applications meet the defined requirements effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with requirement gathering and analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and validation processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
