Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and code quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications Programming Language.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications.
• Familiarity with integrating software components and third-party libraries.
