We are seeking a tester to support AI/LLM creation workstreams. This role requires strong software testing experience, familiarity with Agile SDLC, and hands-on exposure to testing AI/LLM-based solutions. The tester will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI-driven APIs and prompt-based solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test strategies, test approaches, and test plans for AI/LLM-based solutions.
• Create detailed test cases, test data, and execute functional, integration, and system testing.
• Test APIs/services that receive file attachments from the CDP website and send them to LLMs for evaluation.
• Validate LLM responses that drive on-screen behavior and business logic.
• Test AI prompt-based solutions that extract key attributes from Accenture contracts.
• Partner with Accenture Legal and CIO teams to validate AI prompt outputs from contract intelligence tools.
• Perform validation of multi-modal LLMs (text and image-based inputs).
• Track, document, and report defects using standard defect management tools.
• Produce standard testing metrics and reports for management review.
• Work within Agile delivery teams and actively participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Ensure overall quality assurance for AI-enabled applications following security and compliance standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong software testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM prompting and response evaluation.
• Experience testing APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience creating test cases, executing tests, and reporting defects.
• Understanding of testing metrics and quality reporting.
• Multi-modal LLMs (text and image processing).
• AWS cloud technologies.
• Agile delivery methods.
• API testing using Postman or Bruno.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Jest for Node.js testing.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. We don't have location constraints. A 15-year full-time education is required.
