Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll is required. Minimum 3 years of experience is required and a 15 years full time education is needed.

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within existing systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with team members to refine and enhance software solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements. Utilizing iterative development approaches, the engineer focuses on delivering efficient, scalable, and robust software that supports organizational goals. The position demands adaptability to changing project needs and active engagement in problem-solving to maintain high-quality deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
• Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and configuration within cloud environments.
• Experience with integration of payroll systems with other human capital management modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to payroll calculations and compliance.
• Familiarity with cloud-based software deployment and maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy considerations in payroll processing.
