As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with team members to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and provide effective support to business operations. The workday often includes problem-solving, refining application features, and ensuring seamless integration within existing systems to enhance overall efficiency.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance. Document application design and configuration details to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Proficiency in SAP EWM. Experience in customizing and configuring SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to align with business processes. Strong understanding of warehouse management concepts and logistics operations. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP EWM. Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP EWM and other SAP modules or third-party systems. Competence in debugging and troubleshooting SAP EWM applications to ensure smooth functionality.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
