Custom Software Engineer

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics is required. Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, Workday Core Integrations, and Workday Core HCM is a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience is required. A 15 years full time education is mandatory in the primary skill of the RRD. Mandatory certification in the primary skill is required.

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product aligns with the intended specifications and user needs. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering high-quality software solutions that drive business success.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, Workday Core Integrations, Workday Core HCM.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience in application development and configuration.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and optimization.
