Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in Workday Talent Management is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Talent Management is required. A 15 years full time education is required.
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals and user needs.
Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes.
