As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations and enhance user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and their practical application in software development projects.
• Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure clear communication of project goals and progress.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Scrum. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
