Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications developed align with the strategic goals of the organization while maintaining a focus on user experience and efficiency.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Workday ecosystem.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Extend. A Certification in Workday Extend is mandatory.
