Minimum 5 years of experience is required and 15 years full time education is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
• Ability to optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data operations.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance considerations in cloud environments.
