- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.
- Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies to support scalable deployments.
