Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills: SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project’s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and their application within SAP environments.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI and other SAP modules or external systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA implementations.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
