As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will be responsible for understanding project requirements and translating them into functional software applications, while also participating in team discussions to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular or React.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
