Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills: Workday Core HCM. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education. As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet expectations, and continuously refining the applications to support evolving business objectives. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a focus on delivering functional and efficient software solutions that integrate seamlessly within the organizational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance. - Document application configurations and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Experience in designing and configuring enterprise applications to align with business workflows. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex application requirements. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application customization. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.
