Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration.
• Experience with SharePoint Online configuration, site management, and user permissions.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint Online issues effectively.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Online automation and administration.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
