Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required. A 15 years full time education is required.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations is a key aspect of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions meet specific organizational needs and performance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM).
• Strong experience in software design and development using modern frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Experience in integrating digital asset management systems with other enterprise applications.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
