As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance software development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization techniques.
• Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports.
• Familiarity with DAX and Power Query for data manipulation.
• Ability to integrate Power BI with various data sources for comprehensive analytics.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required.
