Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in AWS S3 (Simple Storage Service) is required.

A typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously refining and optimizing code to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and adaptability are key, as the engineer balances multiple priorities while contributing to the overall success of projects through innovative problem-solving and effective communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AWS S3 (Simple Storage Service).
• Experience with cloud storage management and data lifecycle policies.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture design.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize storage solutions for performance and cost efficiency.
• Knowledge of security best practices related to cloud storage and data protection.

Minimum 5 years of experience in AWS S3 (Simple Storage Service) is required. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full time education is required.
