Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) is required. A 15 years full time education is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges or risks that may impact outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Strong experience in application design and configuration to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and translate business processes into technical solutions effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom software engineering.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within enterprise application environments.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
